Yantai Taida Metalworking Equipment Co., Ltd. was restructured in 2002 from Yantai Copper Equipment Compnay, a state-owned enterprise, which started in 1990s. It is specializing in equipment manufacture for copper fabricating industry. It is engaged in designing, manufacturing, installing and commissioning of copper fabricating equipments.
Our main products are horizontal continuous casting machine (for copper tube, copper rod, copper wire and copper strip), off-line milling mill (copper strip), up casting machine for copper tube and copper wire, semi-continuous casting machine, spinner block and etc..
Till now, we have supplied about 20 horizontal continuous casting lines and off-line double-surface milling mills for Cu & Cu alloy sheet/strip makers. Those horizontal continuous casting machines are suitable for the production of brass strip, bronze strip, cupronickel strip, refined copper strip and oxygen-free copper strip, with 330-650mm width. Now we are researching and developing continuous casting machine for special copper strip and off-line double-surface milling mill for copper strip with 1000 mm width.
According to learning advanced technique and experience from overseas companies,we developed horizontal continuous casting machine and off-line milling mill in domestic market in the past years. At present, we designed and produced the fourth generation horizontal continuous casting machine and off-line milling mill. The new equipments are improved and the configuration is more reasonable and capability is more reliable. The new generation horizontal continuous casting machine for copper strip and off-line milling mill made by our company can reach the level of some imported same machinery.
